Proxy Settings
Configure the browser default proxy used when a Profile does not override it.

Default proxy
Enable proxy turns the browser-wide default route on or off.
Saved proxy selects an endpoint from Proxy List. Manual/current lets you enter a custom endpoint directly.
Proxy URL, Host/IP, Port, Username and Password define the endpoint and authentication. Bypass URLs remain direct.
Protocol and fallback
Choose SOCKS5, SOCKS4, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP or Auto / URL to match the actual endpoint.
Fall back to direct connection if proxy fails allows the browser to use the local connection after a proxy failure. Keep it off when direct fallback would violate the workflow network requirement.
Connection health
Test connection verifies reachability, authentication and latency before you rely on the proxy. Diagnostics provides more detailed connection evidence when a test fails.
Location alignment
Enable location alignment lets proxy location influence timezone and geolocation defaults.
Mask timezone and Mask location apply the configured or detected values.
Detect location uses the endpoint context to help populate location-related settings.
Important
Social Browser does not provide private proxy service. The endpoints in Proxy and Proxy List are user-supplied or imported from third-party public sources; availability and trust depend on the source.
