Downloader Settings
Choose how Social Browser handles normal downloads and optional desktop download managers.

Internal downloader
Block browser downloads prevents normal browser downloads.
Hide completion dialog suppresses the finished-download popup.
Hide downloader information reduces downloader status UI.
Default download path chooses the folder used by the internal downloader.
External downloader
Enable the external downloader section when you want Social Browser to send supported downloads to a desktop download manager.
Add app creates another external downloader definition.
Application path points to the downloader executable; Parameters defines the command-line template used to pass URL and file information.
Common parameter placeholders
Keep the downloader command template aligned with the desktop application you actually use. Different download managers accept different switches, so copy the documented parameters from that application rather than guessing.
Save and test
After changing paths or parameters, save the Settings and test with a harmless download before relying on the integration for large files.
