Browser behavior

Send X-BROWSER headers controls the browser-specific request headers used by Social Browser-supported workflows. Leave it off unless a workflow explicitly needs those headers.

Auto clear Cache Storage clears supported Cache Storage data automatically according to the browser setting. Use it only when you prefer freshness over persistent cached application data.

Open data folder opens the local Social Browser data location for maintenance and support workflows.

02

Defaults

Settings password protects access to Settings where the browser uses that gate.

Home page and New tab URL define the browser-wide defaults used by new Profiles unless a Profile overrides them.

Maximum open tabs sets a practical browser-wide tab limit.

Default User Agent selects a reusable identity from the User Agent library; the adjacent User Agent value shows the resolved string.

03

Browser updates

Automatically check for updates asks the selected Main Server for newer verified browser releases.

Download updates automatically controls downloading only; installing an update still requires user approval.

Current version, latest version, last checked and update source are diagnostic fields. Use Check now when you want an immediate refresh.

04

Licensing V2 and backup

Licensing V2 shows the current activation state, plan limits, installation count and identifiers. Treat license and activation identifiers as support data, not public information.

Activate applies a license key to this installation. Refresh reloads current license data. Deactivate this installation removes the current installation activation.

Export data creates a Social Browser settings backup. Import data restores matching stored variables and can require a browser restart before every restored value is active.

05

Recommended approach

Keep browser-wide defaults conservative. Put account-specific User Agent, proxy, fingerprint, child-policy and credential settings inside the Profile that needs them.

Use it in the browser
